The EPS moulds are processed using CNC machines, resulting in precise sizes. All cavities and cores are coated with Teflon to facilitate easy demoulding. Our mould engineers have extensive knowledge and experience in mould-making, having created moulds for Chinese, German, Japanese, Korean, and Jordanian EPS machines. With superior design and materials, our EPS moulds work efficiently and have a long lifespan.

The Eps Fish Box Mould making process is as follows
1. Design molds according to customer's product drawings or samples.
2. Send the mold drawing to the customer for confirmation.
3. Make molds.
4. Trial mold production.
5. Send samples to customers for confirmation.
6. Arrange delivery.
The entire mold is completely processed by CNC machines, ensuring that the dimensional difference is less than 0.1mm.
The mold is coated with Teflon, the demoulding effect is good, and the mold works smoothly at high temperature.
