
EPS Vegitable Box Making Machine
EPS fish box making machine is used together with mould to produce packaging products like electrical packing, vegetable and fruit boxes, seedling trays etc. and construction products like brick insert and ICF etc. With different moulds, the machine can produce different shape.

1. EPS Vegitable Box Making Machine structure: All frames are welded by 16~25mm steel plate, very strong. Machine legs are made by high-strength H type steel profile, foundation is not required from clients.
2. Filling system: EPS Vegitable Box Making Machine allows three filling modes: normal pressure filling, vacuum filling and pressurized filling. Material hopper has sensor to control material level, material discharging is done with rotary discharging plates, total 44 discharging holes.
3. Steam system: EPS Vegitable Box Making Machine adopt balance valve and Germany electric gauge switch to control steaming.
4. Cooling system: vertical vacuum system with water spray device at the top make vacuum efficient.
5. Drainage system: increase mould outlet and use 6 inch drainage pipe and big butterfly valve, make moud draining faster.

Mechanical structure:

Feeding system:
There are three feeding modes: normal pressure, vacuum and pressurized feeding. The barrel adopts automatic control of the material level and is equipped with a double-rotating discharge tray with 44 discharge holes.
Steam system:
Balance valve PID control and German electric contact pressure gauge control greatly improve heating accuracy and reduce energy consumption by 20%.
cooling system:
It adopts a vertical vacuum system, with a vertical vacuum spray device on the top, and a gas and water separator at the vacuum outlet, which greatly improves the vacuum suction efficiency, so that the machine adopts water cooling as the auxiliary and vacuum-based cooling method, and the product contains water Rate ≤10%.
Sewage system:
Enlarge the inlet and outlet of the mold, adopt 8-1" steam inlet, 8-2" steam outlet, and adopt 6-inch sewage pipe and large-diameter butterfly valve to significantly improve the operating speed of the equipment.
Control System:
Using PLC and touch screen control;
All electrical components adopt well-known brands such as Schneider, Omron, and German pressure gauges to improve equipment stability;
Air cooling, steam, demoulding, and pressurized feeding are all realized by balancing valves, which are easy to adjust and accurate in pressure.
·The foam products of various specifications produced have low water content, low energy consumption and stable dimensions. Four operation modes are available: automatic, semi-automatic, intermediate start and manual operation. Mechanical demoulding, the demolding position can be adjusted according to the thickness of the product.
The safety door interlock, pause switch, and emergency stop three safety protection devices can ensure safe and reliable operation. Touch screen display, graphical interface, Chinese and English display, soft keys and other man-machine dialogue modes.
The movable template guide rail is separated from the load bearing, which greatly extends the service life of the guide post.
The optimized molding process makes the equipment performance excellent: the product qualification rate is more than 98%, suitable for the production of EPS products with different properties, and the molding speed is 20-60 molds/hour.

High-strength frame

bushing
The use of split-type easy-to-replace guide sleeves and wear-resistant self-lubricating copper sleeves solves the problem of difficulty in replacing the equipment guide sleeves. At the same time, the lubrication effect is improved.
