1. Made of 16-22mm steel plate welded with carbon dioxide protection welding. All templates have undergone high-temperature tempering and high-pressure shot peening treatment, with high strength and high surface hardness;
2. The template adopts CNC machining, and the surface is sprayed with zinc after machining to extend the service life of the entire machine;
3. The hopper adopts a horizontal or vertical double rotating disc, with a total of 44 discharge ports, which can meet the needs of customers for multiple products and multiple filling guns;
4. Styrofoam Moulding Machine adopting the principle of low-pressure and high flow heating, using a dual steam valve, the steam valve is controlled by a balance valve and an air control valve to ensure more accurate steam pressure.
