The CNC cutting machine is used to cut EPS blocks into the required shapes as per the designed drawing. The machine is controlled by a PC.

3. The steam system (to ensure stability and reduce steam consumption) adopts Fangyuan's patented DN50 actuator PID system to control the steam pressure sensitively.
4. Piping system: The entry and exit of water, air, and steam are entirely made of large pipes and valves, which are very close to the mold.
5. Vacuum system: A vertical vacuum system is adopted, and the vacuum tank is equipped with a large spray system.
6. Control system: All parts of the Polystyrene Moulding Machine are made of internationally renowned high-quality brands. All pressure regulation is remote.
The program is controlled by a control box, and the Polystyrene Moulding Machine has various self-protection and alarm systems. It has various applications in agricultural and electronic parts packaging, such as fish boxes, ICFs, inserts, trims, helmets, models, etc.
