What should you pay attention to when maintaining the EPS pre-foaming machine?

1. When a fault occurs, disconnect the power supply and stop the machine.

2. When the pre-expansion machine of the feeder cannot be used normally, consult the relevant manuals and operating instructions to determine the correct measures to be taken; the power must be turned off before repairing or replacing parts.

3. The parts (components) removed during maintenance should be replaced with the same new parts (components) in place, and the instruments used during maintenance must be calibrated.

4. It is strictly prohibited to leave flammable or metal objects in electrical cabinets or junction boxes.

5. Check cables and wires regularly for damage to prevent leakage or electric shock.
