Feeding system:
Vertical double barrel: The machine is equipped with a vertical double barrel that offers three feeding modes: normal pressure, high pressure, and vacuum. It is also equipped with automatic material level detection and automatic replenishment of raw materials. The double barrels use rotating discs to discharge, featuring multiple discharge holes.
Steam system:
The steam pipeline adopts the Italian large-diameter air intake method. The valve and pipeline are designed in the position closest to the mold to reduce steam loss in the pipeline and improve energy-saving efficiency.
The inlet pressure of the steam valve is controlled through a balance valve and an electric contact pressure gauge. The cavity pressure detection balance valve ensures consistent heating pressure and temperature in the cavity, saving steam and reducing loss by 20%.
Cooling system:
The machine utilizes a high-performance horizontal vacuum system. The vacuum system is equipped with a large-flow spray system (unlike traditional equipment that only sprays the surface of the mold), allowing the rising steam to fully integrate into the cooling water. This improves condensation efficiency, greatly enhances the vacuum pump's air suction efficiency, and reduces EPS cooling time.
Hydraulic system:
The machine adopts a domestically renowned brand hydraulic system, increasing the mold opening and closing speed from 160mm/s to 260mm/s. The hydraulic system works in conjunction with an encoder to control the distance of mold opening and closing. The speed conversion of the hydraulic system is smooth and vibration-free.
The equipment features a double-cylinder hydraulic clamping structure, providing high clamping pressure, reliable and stable operation, and a long service life.
Electrical system:
The machine is controlled by a PLC and touch screen, enabling fully automatic operation for processes such as mold clamping, feeding, heating, heat preservation, cooling, demolding, and mold opening.
The mold chamber is equipped with a pressure sensor, enabling more accurate control of steam pressure, resulting in energy-saving operation and improved machine efficiency.
The machine utilizes a precise rotary encoder to control the stroke of the machine, ensuring consistent raw material weight in the mold chamber for each cycle. This guarantees consistent demolding distance, facilitating easy product removal.
