High-efficiency and energy-saving machines
1. The unique machine structure of Eps Machinery Styrofoam Machine:
a. High-strength frame: The rear formwork and the mobile frame are further strengthened, and the body and the machine foot are integrated, so that the formwork and the machine foot are integrated, which greatly increases the strength and rigidity of the formwork.
b. The machine is sprayed with zinc after the manufacturing work, which improves the service life.
c. The use of opposite tie rods, easy maintenance and wear-resistant self-lubricating copper pipes solves the problem of the original tie rod bushings and improves the lubrication effect.
d. The contact parts of the support and the back plate are made of stainless steel plate to reduce the wear and rust of the mold precision.
2. Hydraulic system: (saving 6S/cycle)
a. Eps Machinery Styrofoam Machine Compared with the previously designed T-type and A-type machines, the hydraulic system of our new E-type machine achieves faster operation from 180mm/sec to 250mm/speed.
b. The frame moves the hydraulic cylinder to lock the mold safely during the steaming process to avoid steam leakage.
c. Special hydraulic design: the ejection cylinder and the ejection cylinder can operate at the same time, effectively realizing the synchronization of ejection blowing and product ejection, reducing the running speed and improving the ejection ability.
3. Steam system
a. The Fangyuan patented PID system manufactured by the DN50 actuator enables sensitive control of the steam pressure between 0.10-0.15Mpa, and the tolerance of ±0.1Mpa brings us the result that the heating time can be saved by about 25% to 30%, as long as the energy consume.
b. Use balance valve and pressure sensor instead of electronic joint pressure gauge to control steam pressure. The mold pressure can be set through the touch screen, and the control is convenient and accurate.
4. Piping system
a. Complete entry and exit of water, air and steam, using large pipes and valves very close to the mold to reduce waste of energy consumption and improve running speed at the same time.
5. Vacuum system
a. The Eps Machinery Styrofoam Machine adopts a vertical vacuum system, 4-6" large drain pipe and a long-distance condensation drain pipe, and the top of the machine adopts a vertical vacuum system, equipped with a large spray system, which directly sprays the rising hot steam, which greatly increases the condensation Therefore, the vacuum suction efficiency is improved, and the vacuum is used as the main cooling to replace the main water cooling (water cooling is generally set for 8-12s). The moisture content of the product is less than or equal to 10%, and the replacement and maintenance of the nozzle is very convenient.
6. Control system
a. All pressure adjustments such as horizontal steaming, main steaming, filling pressure, demoulding, and air cooling pressure are controlled remotely by the control box. It is easy to operate. In addition, the hydraulic pressure can be adjusted on the touch screen according to different foaming areas. The program also has many self-protection and alarm systems.
b. All control pressure components, electrical components, valves, instruments and hydraulic components adopt remote control system, adopting international famous brands, with high quality and stable and stable operation.
