1. Machine structure:

2. Filling system:

3. Steam system:
The German instrument balance PID control valve is adopted. This greatly improves steam accuracy and reduces consumption by about 20% compared to Type A/B.
4. Cooling system:
The vertical water tank of the large vacuum pump is equipped with a vertical vacuum cooling water spray on the top. There is a gas-water separator at the outlet of the vacuum pump. All these keep very high efficiency, so use vacuum cooling as the main cooling instead of water cooling (usually water cooling will be set to 8-12S), which will keep the water content of the product below 10%.
5. Drainage system:
The mold inlet and outlet are enlarged, and 8-1'' inlet steam is used to ensure fast cycle time, 6/8-2'' drain system outlet, and 6'' large drain pipe is controlled by a butterfly valve, which together greatly improve heating and drainage speed.
6. Control system:
