The EPS foam block making machine is an efficient machine for producing EPS blocks, which can be further cut into sheets for house insulation or packaging. Various popular products can be made from EPS sheets, such as EPS sandwich panels, 3D panels, inner and outer wall insulation panels, glass packaging, furniture packaging, etc.
The EPS foam block making machine is capable of producing high-density EPS blocks in fast cycles, resulting in straight, strong blocks with low water moisture content. Additionally, the machine can also produce low-density blocks of good quality, ranging from high density at 40g/l to low density at 4g/l.

1. The EPS Foam Block Making Machine is constructed using high-strength square tubes and thick steel plates.
2. EPS Foam Block Making Machine utilizes 5mm thick aluminum steam plates with Teflon coating. Additional supports are placed under the aluminum plate to prevent deformation under high pressure, ensuring the plates maintain their form over time.
3. All six panels of the machine undergo heat treatment to release welding stress, preventing deformation under high temperatures.
4. The machine boasts good reliability due to its hydraulic system, which features improved technology and precise design. An independent integrated hydraulic station is used to avoid the impact of dust and machine vibration on the hydraulic system.
5. The EPS Foam Block Making Machine offers good adaptability to raw materials, thanks to advanced step vibration molding technology. It can utilize various waste materials such as ash and slag, reducing the amount of cement needed and producing high-quality bearing or non-bearing blocks.

c. All mold frames have undergone sand treatment and rust prevention treatment after heat treatment, and the primer and fishing paint greatly improve the anti-corrosion performance. Thus, EPS foam plate manufacturing machine has a long service life.
d. Adopting three German instruments and safety valves, with multiple safety protections. The EPS foam board manufacturing machine will be tested through water pressure and steam (many steps) to ensure that the EPS foam machine is more stable and safe.
Steam system: three ball valves save 20% steam compared with one large steam valve control system. With ISO standard butterfly valves, the stability is greatly improved and the service life of EPS foam plate equipment is increased.
Control system:
a. Using PLC (Mitsubishi) and touch screen (Schneider) makes the operation of EPS foam board equipment simple.
b. The EPS foaming machine is equipped with a material level sensor to control filling. The cooling of the expanded polystyrene foam board is controlled by the foam pressure sensor. The entire process of filling, heating, and cooling is automatically controlled by PLC.
